Commercial grounds and bed renovation

Commercial work is judged differently to residential. Nobody notices a well-kept parking island, but everybody notices a neglected one, so the job is consistency rather than drama.

This site had its beds cut back, replanted and re-mulched, with the islands and the frontage brought back to a single standard. It then goes onto a scheduled contract, which is what stops it drifting back.
